The lake is well stocked for coarse fishing, with carp, roach and bream, a rod licence is required, barbless hooks must be used at all times, and fishing rules respected . The all weather tennis court can be enjoyed april october, for this sheltered corner of south east cornwall boasts mild autumns and a spring that arrives joyously early.
